I am Tang Sum Chee, a retired Technical Assistance of Telekom Malaysia Berhad. I served Telekom Malaysia Berhad
for 34 years. I specialized in the switching , telex and radio transmission and local network communication system
(both fibre and copper wire) in LAN and SMART systems.
Full time Toastmaster in District 51 (Indonesia, Malaysia and
Brunei) Served as President of Club (1999/2000), Area Governor in Division W (2001/2002), Division W Governor (2005/2006),
District 51 Webmaster (2005/2006), Assistant Division W Governor of Marketing (Deputy) and Division W Treasurer (2002/2003),
Assistant Division W Governor of Education & Training (2006/2007) Division W Webmaster & Treasurer 2008-2009,
Division W SpeechcraftChair & Resource Director 2009-2010, Assit. Division P Education & Training 2009-2010 and also
as Council Members of the Division W & P. Help in every aspect as commite member in all the Conventions held in Kuala
Lumpur even in the coming 17th Semi Annual Convention District 51 at Genting 23rd - 25th October 2009.

Convention and networking with people.
Currently the Incoming Division W Speechcraft Chair & Resouce Director (2009/2010)
and Division P ADVG Education Education & Training (2009-2010). Was Charter Member of Kuala Lumpur Advanced Toastmasters
Club 1982-51 & Bangsar Toastmasters Club 8773-51 and active member of Telekom Malaysia Toastmasters Club Kuala Lumpur
8052-51 & TTDI Toastmasters Club 5111-51.
Mentor for HP Toastmasters Club 1024975-51 and hopefully able
to sponsor and mentor more clubs this year. Now serving my 17 years in Toastmasters International Movement.
Life Member for both Malaysia Masters & Selangor Masters ( Veteran Athletes Association.) Life Member of Chin
Woo Athletes Association Kuala Lumpur.
